NDATT to Hold AGM 2023 on November 25

The National Drama Association of Trinidad and Tobago (NDATT) will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Saturday 25th November 2023 at 10 am, at the Helen May Johnstone Room, Queen’s Hall, 1-3 St. Ann’s Road, Port of Spain.

This year’s AGM is a Biennial General Meeting, and as such, all the posts on the Executive Committee will become vacant.

The AGM Agenda is as follows:

Chairperson’s Opening Remarks;
Receive and consider the President’s Report, Secretary’s Report and Financial Report;
Fill via elections, all posts on the Executive Committee; and
Open floor for member remarks.

Please be advised that only financial members of the NDATT will be eligible to participate in the election as candidates and electors, and allowed to vote on the aforementioned matters to be raised at the AGM.

The posts to be filled are those of:

President
Vice President
Secretary
Assistant Secretary
Treasurer
Public Relations Officer
Education Officer
Resource Development Officer

The meeting will also fill, via elections, the posts of Internal Auditor and two Trustees.

Nominations will open on the day of the AGM.

Accepting nominations and voting via proxy will NOT be allowed at the AGM.

Membership

Kindly be reminded that the Membership Register comprises Students, Individuals and Companies/Groups.

The subscription fees are as follows:

Company/Group – $100 | Individual – $25 | Student – $10

The financial year 2022/2023 ended on September 30, 2023.

The Executive Committee has also agreed unanimously that the register would close 30 minutes before the start of the AGM as opposed to two weeks prior to the AGM.
